Use non-toxic cooking materials: stainless steel, cast iron, ceramic, and glass.

The Process

  • 360-degree health evaluation
    • Before meeting the first time, you will complete a detailed health evaluation. This is crucial to understand what may help you get well. Plan to spend about 2 hours answering questions about diet, exercise, sleep, stress, emotions, environment, health records, and more.
  • 1-hour 1-on-1 health coaching
    • We will talk through your health evaluation and discuss your health status, goals, and priorities.
    • I will offer personalized nutrition and wellness education.
    • We will co-create a personalized plan for all 5 foundations of health. Then we’ll walk through how to make it a reality.
    • I am here for support and accountability every step of the way.
  • Recommendations for excellent complementary practitioners (when applicable)
  • Q&A access between appointments
